June 2, 2014

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 16, 2014, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (the "OCC"), the primary federal regulator for Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. The consummation of the conversion to a National Bank was effective as of May 31, 2014.
