BRIEF: Stroke awareness comes to Rox game June 14

June 02--St. Cloud Hospital Stroke Center is teaming up with the St. Cloud Rox to raise stroke awareness at a baseball game at Joe Faber Field on June 14.

Explore a Gold Cross ambulance, have your blood pressure taken and take home a stroke screening form at the evening event. A LifeLink III helicopter also will be there.

The first 300 children ages 14 and younger will receive a 28-inch wooden baseball bat presented by St. Cloud Hospital Stroke Center.

Stroke survivors, members of the "Let's Talk Again" Aphasia Group and speech-impaired St. Cloud State University students will kick off the game by singing the National Anthem.
