Contract award: supply of computer equipment dzp.381.10.2014.dw.
1 The contract is for the supply of computer equipment including unloading and bringing to the headquarters of the Purchaser. Ordering a possibility of partial bids according to the division:
a) In terms of Part A: computers 2 pcs
b) With regard to Part B: Notebook 3 pcs
c) In terms of Part C: ultrabook 1 pc
d) With regard to Part D: ultrabooks 2 pcs
e) With regard to Part E: Notebook 3 pcs
f) In terms of Part F: 1 pc notebook
g) With regard to Part G: Notebook 3 pcs
h) In terms of Part H: Notebook 3 pcs
i) In respect of Parts I: 1 pc notebook
A. Conditions for computers (PCs):
a) All the components of the computer must be compatible with each other.
b) In all sets should be a carrier of: supplied operating system (if the set is not otherwise specified), carriers with drivers and additional software for all installed equipment and complete original owner~s manual motherboard and graphics card issued by their manufacturers.
c) Warranty: response time to application failures, defects (ie, certified by the arrival of the technician~s diagnosis and the start of repair): in the case of failure, defect for hours. 12:00
- The next working day; in the case of failures, defects after hours. 12:00 - 2 day business day.
Service hours - to accept telephone requests 8.00-16.00; Time breakdown, defect - up to 7 days of telephone notification; The Contractor shall provide the Purchaser (at his request) for the repair time exceeds 24 hours a replacement of the installed operating system.
BI Conditions for notebooks / ultrabooks (portable computers):
a) In all kits should be provided to support the operating system (if not stated otherwise the kit) and carriers with drivers and additional software
all installed devices, and original owner~s manual notebook released by the manufacturer. Furthermore, it should be attached media enable us to restore the system settings
including the default device and utilities.
b) Warranty: response time to application failures, defects (ie, certified by the arrival of the technician~s diagnosis and the start of repair): in the case of failure, defect for hours. 12:00
- The next working day in case of failures, defects after hours. 12:00 - 2 business day
Service hours - to accept telephone requests 8.00-16.00, time breakdown, defect - up to 7 days of telephone notification. The Contractor shall provide the Purchaser (at his request) for the repair time exceeding 48 hours a replacement of the installed operating system.

a) The required minimum warranty period for computers: 36 months (part A)
b) The required minimum warranty period for notebooks / ultrabooks: 12 months (part B, C, G, H)
