PointClickCare Strengthens Interoperability in Senior Care with Industry’s First Fully Integrated Continuity of Care Document

New solution supports the electronic exchange of resident information with hospitals and labs through the PointClickCare Electronic Health Record platform

This level of integration enables senior care providers to bolster interoperability with their partners and improve connections with their provider networks. Collecting the required documentation to properly communicate resident needs at the time of transfer is time consuming, error prone and often incomplete.
