"We are proud to help bring Tin Roof to one of our country's most active entertainment and music districts, thereby aligning with its mission of supporting local musicians and fostering a sense of community," said Fletcher Elkington of Elkington Real Estate Group, who brokered the transaction.

The restaurant will offer local and national music acts and fills a space that Hard Rock has occupied since 1997.

The 11,000-square-foot space is being sublet from Memphis Sound Productions, Inc., will holds a long-term lease.
