Adibba Partners Smile, Assures Customers of Quality Service

An online shopping platform,, has assured its customers of quality service on delivery of goods purchased from its website. The assurance is on the heels of its new partnership with Smile Communications, an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that operates the 4G LTE advanced technology.

Announcing the partnership in Lagos, Chief Executive Officer of Adibba.Com, Mr. Chris Udeji said it would help them to build a stronger eCommerce platform that would give Nigerians peace and uninterrupted access to the internet, while shopping online from Addibba.Com website. He called on customers to shop with ease online, using the Adibba.Com platform, having entered into strong technical partnership with a trusted ISP.

Pleased with the partnership, General Manager, Smile Communications, Mr. Ken Esenwah said Adibba.Com became its only online partner at the moment, having met its criteria for partnership. Part of the criteria include transparency and commitment to business, which the online company met. According to Esenwah, the partnership would further boost the expansion drive of Smile Communications, since the online company already has a wide network coverage, with over 10 thousand hits on its website per day and five thousand hits on weekends.

"We see this partnership as great because of what Nigerians stand to gain from it. Adibba.Com has shown good sense of business and has met our criteria in the areas of sincerity of purpose and transparency in business, hence the partnership," Esenwah said.

He explained that the company currently has the pocket size MIFI device and the router device through which it services its customers. "We have operations in Tanzania and Uganda for close to three years running and we promise to bring the same high internet speed delivery to Nigeria, having launched in Ibadan last year and in Lagos in February 2014, with plans to cover Abuja, Port Harcourt and Benin City in the next few months," Esenwah said.

According to Udeji, the partnership was designed to create convenience for customers and other consumers willing to join the growing consumer base of the business. "Customers would have Adibba's products delivered to them wherever they so desire as long as Smile service coverage is in that area. This partnership will fulfil both companies' desire to make access to Smile services easy, convenient and worry-free, he said. Explaining the operations of the website, Udeji said consumers need to log on to, search for the Smile icon and click on it and select the device they want to purchase.

"If you already have a Smile SIM, you can purchase airtime using your debit card and once the purchase is confirmed, the product will be delivered. The SIM card will be automatically registered and activated for Smile customers," he said.

Other benefits attached to the partnership are that customers will receive the products in the comfort of their home or their office, hassle-free registration and activation of the products. Smile provides a super-reliable, high-quality 4 G LTE broadband internet that is affordable. It also offers high-speed connections of 6Mbps on average up to 21Mbps. In addition, Smile's products are easy to use and offer multi-user access.

Apart from offering Smile products and services, product offering include power solutions such as inverter, inverter batteries, mobile phones and accessories, computers and electronics, such as laptops, tablets, and electronic gadgets.
