XLU, PSR: Big ETF Inflows

Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLU), which added 9.3 million units, or a 7.0% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of XLU, in morning trading today Duke Energy (DUK) is up about 1%, and NextEra Energy (NEE) is higher by about 0.7%.

And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the PowerShares Active U.S. Real Estate Fund (PSR), which added 200,000 units, for a 36.4% increase in outstanding units. Among the largest underlying components of PSR, in morning trading today American Tower (AMT) is off about 0.6%, and Simon Property Group (SPG) is lower by about 0.4%.
