TriTech Software Systems Presents at NENA Conference

The National Emergency Number Association (NENA) hosted an annual conference focused on 9-1-1 policy, technology, operations, and education issues.

According to a release from the Company, TriTech Software Systems demonstrated the power and user friendly features of its standalone 9-1-1 call handling solution at the NENA Conference.

Key facts, as described by the Company, include:

-Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) is creating a huge shift in the industry in which many public safety answering points (PSAPs) will be looking to upgrade their 9-1-1 system. With established connectivity to statewide Emergency Service Internet Protocol Networks (ESInets) and call delivery using Session Internet Protocol (SIP), TriTech 911 simultaneously supports connectivity to both traditional CAMA trunks and Next Generation ESInets to provide a phased or complete upgrade of an environment.

-While the public safety telephony market has been dominated by two vendors, TriTech is steadily gaining 9-1-1 market share with its 9-1-1 solution.
