Paul F. Perea Named Managing Director and General Counsel of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. (TPH) announced today that Paul F. Perea, 43, has been named Managing Director and General Counsel of the firm. Perea was previously a Partner with Baker Botts, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate and securities matters.

Perea, who will be based at the firm’s Houston, Texas, headquarters, was named to the executive management committee.

Perea holds a BA in Government with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He spent more than 15 years with Baker Botts in their Houston office.
