PanTerra Announces Increase to Bought-Deal Financing from $100 Million to $130 Million

Release date- 13062014 - CALGARY, ALBERTA - PanTerra Resource Corp. (TSX VENTURE: PRC) is pleased to announce that it has increased its previously announced bought deal financing with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Desjardins Capital Markets and TD Securities Inc. and including Raymond James Ltd., Beacon Securities Limited, Haywood Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc. and Clarus Securities Inc., whereby the Corporation will now issue 500,000,000 Subscription Receipts at a price of $0.26 per Subscription Receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of $130.0 million.

The Offering is scheduled to close on or about June 27, 2014, and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
