A forensic expert and defence witness, Raphael Onwuzuligbo, on Monday told a Lagos High Court in Ikeja that forensic analysis carried out on account opening documents involved in the N10.9 billion loan granted to the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Futureview Financial Services, Elizabeth Ebi, by the defunct Bank PHB under Francis Atuche, were not forged as alleged.

Ebi had in her testimony at the ongoing trial of Atuche, a former Managing Director of Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank), and others over financial propriety accused Atuche of having "contrived" a loan worth N10.9b purportedly granted her company by the bank.

Ebi had testified as a prosecution witness before the court, presided over by Justice Lateefat Okunnu, and denied writing various letters bearing her name and allegedly sent to her by Atuche for her to sign to "regularise" the loan after obtaining the fund.
