BC’s medical professionals can now use ClinicAid to submit their
claims to MSP through the Teleplan system
ClinicAid is entirely web-based, making it accessible from anywhere on any device with an internet connection and browser. The software has been built to help doctors, billing agents, and medical professionals streamline the billing process. It can be used as a stand-alone software or can be integrated with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as OSCAR,
Invoices created in ClinicAid are directly connected and sent through to MSP’s Teleplan claim submission and processing system. Remittance files are then received by ClinicAid and claims are updated with the appropriate statuses in the system. Invoices that are sent back as anything other than paid in full are displayed on a dashboard to ensure physicians see and review these claims. Edits and changes can be made swiftly and claims can be resubmitted in just a few seconds. ClinicAid offers BC’s medical professionals an effective way to complete claim submissions using an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
Various reporting tools allow users to check the status of all of their invoices created in the system, identify potentially erroneous claims, track their revenue, and filter through data using many different variables.
New users are able to take advantage of a free live demo, as well as a free 30 day trial of the software. An overview and introductory video can be found on the clinicaid.ca website and interested physicians are able to sign up for an account directly on the site.
