A display of sculptures that are desirable to the collector or home decorator will highlight Turner's "A Sense of Place," which will be on exhibit from
"He was part of a show at Bottle Works four or five years ago which involved other artists, but this will be his first one-man show for us," Rizzo said.
"His pieces are quite powerful as he takes ceramics to another level."

Turner said in a written statement that he is interested in the interactions and responses between the landscape and its inhabitants.
"My work often refers to the characteristics of the landscape as well as the images and shapes created upon it, or the fingerprint so to speak, that is left behind," Turner said.
With that in mind, he strives to combine characteristics from the landscapes.
"It involves patterns, shapes and colors that come from both flora and fauna, doing so with the intention of capturing, preserving and understanding my own memory and perception of these environments that I have lived in and experienced," Turner said.
His exhibits and awards come from all over the world.

"Kevin will be on hand to discuss his work and answer any questions people may have concerning the pieces," Rizzo said.
