NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Proxy Mosaic, an independent corporate governance and proxy advisory
firm, today announced the hiring of four senior employees to help keep
pace with client demand for the firm’s services. The hires comprise of a
Chief Technology Officer, Director of Sales, and two analysts.

About the Hires:
Patrick Dizon joins Proxy Mosaic as Chief Technology Officer, a
newly-created position. Prior to joining Proxy Mosaic, Dizon spent more
than a decade with independent shareholder advisory firm, Glass Lewis,
where he served as the Director of Information Technology. He received
his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from San Francisco State University.
Michael Ferrarojoinsthe firm as Director of Sales.
Ferraro brings more than 15 years of sales, operations, and client
management experience to his new role, garnered at ADP Brokerage
Services Group in addition to Broadridge Financial Solutions. He holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Communications from SUNY Oswego.
David Whisseljoins Proxy Mosaic as an analyst. Prior to joining
Proxy Mosaic, Whissel was Associate Director at RCC Ventures, where he
conducted research on and analysis of growth-stage companies to assess
suitability for lenders. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political
Science from Denison University and a J.D. from the University of
Tennessee College of Law.
Stephen Lechner also joins Proxy Mosaic as an analyst. Prior to joining
the firm, Lechner worked at Fragomen, a leading immigration law firm. He
holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Notre
