CompTIA to Offer Educational Programs for IT Techs at ChannelCon 2014

CompTIA said that it will offer educational programming created specifically for information technology (IT) technicians at ChannelCon 2014, a partnering and training event for IT vendors, distributors and channel partners.

"The Track4Techs program at ChannelCon will explore how, in today's world of big data, cloud computing, cyber security, mobility and other innovations, the role of the highly-skilled technician is more important than ever," said Kelly Ricker, senior vice president, events and education, CompTIA.

In its release, CompTIA said that ChannelCon 2014 is set for Aug. 4-6 at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort and Spa in Phoenix.

The association reported that the Track4Techs program features seven sessions over two days.

ChannelCon 2014 features a power-packed agenda of educational sessions, networking opportunities, keynotes, executive panels and working groups.

CompTIA is the ICT Industry Association.
