Micron Technology Assigned Patent for Bus System Wiring Configuration

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 13 -- Micron Technology, Boise, Idaho, has been assigned a patent (8,724,360) developed by three co-inventors for devices and circuits "for wiring configurations of a bus system and power supply wires in a memory chip with improved power efficiencies." The co-inventors are Maksim Kuzmenka, Munich, Dirk Scheideler, Munich, and Kai Schiller, Munich.
