Shareholders of the North West Company Reject Montrusco Bolton Proposals

Release date- 12062014 - Winnipeg - The North West Company Inc. is pleased to announce the voting results from the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on June 11, 2014.

Shareholders have voted strongly in support of the Board of Directors' recommendation on all resolutions, including rejecting all five proposals submitted by Montrusco Bolton Investments.
