Keynote Speakers Announced for the 2014 IRMI Construction Risk Conference

DALLAS, June 12 -- The International Risk Management Institute issued the following news release:

International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI(TM)), has announced the speakers for keynote sessions at the 34th IRMI Construction Risk Conference (http://www.irmi.com/conferences/crc/default.aspx)to be held November 9-13, 2014, in Nashville, Tennessee.

On Monday, November 10, David B. Walls, president and CEO, Austin Industries, will discuss his views on safety, what it takes to develop and implement a world-class safety program, and how the construction industry can and should work together to keep workers safe.

On Tuesday, November 11, Dominic Casserley, CEO, Willis Group, will offer insights on trends and challenges in the insurance industry and how insurance providers and advisers can best serve the needs of their clients.

On Thursday, November 13, Jack Gibson, president and CEO, IRMI, will moderate an Insurance Thought Leader panel consisting of Brian Cooper, managing director, Gallagher Construction Services; Rick Keegan, president--construction, Travelers; Scott Rasor, head of construction, Zurich; and Scott Trethewey, chief operating officer--US construction services, Aon.

The panel will discuss a variety of issues pertaining to construction insurance and how the needs of insurance providers and contractors can be balanced to create a robust marketplace that supports all elements of the construction industry in their efforts to better manage their risks.

The IRMI Construction Risk Conference is the place for construction risk professionals to get answers to their toughest questions and make certain they have implemented risk management best practices.
