Upgrade to a new smartphone: Zain launches Trade-in Program

KUWAIT: Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, launched its device Trade-in Program which offers all Zain customers an opportunity to trade-in their used handsets for new ones. For a limited time only, customers can now receive KD 100 in credit towards a new smartphone bundle. The recently launched program is considered one of the company's latest innovative programs that cater to its customers' specific needs. Zain customers will now be able to trade-in their old handsets for new smartphones with a new smartphone bundle at selected Zain branches for a limited time.

This program is aimed at individuals who wish to exchange their used mobile devices for the latest smartphones, which come with Zain's market- leading range of benefits and value added services. Customers are simply required to present their used handsets at one of Zain's selected branches to receive an instant specified discount or a valid discount coupon (valid for 30 days) on the new device of their choice with a bundle. In addition, customers with commitments can utilize the value of their traded mobile devices to settle due amounts of their old commitment and added it towards the value of their new commitments.

An exciting line of smartphones are included under the 'Trade-in' program. These devices include the iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c (16 GB), iPhone 5s, Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Samsung Galaxy S3, and Samsung Galaxy S4 (3G and LTE). This initiative is another positive step by Zain to offer customers the chance to own the latest smartphones in the market, providing a larger numbers of customers the opportunity to purchase cutting-edge devices at competitive prices.
