***UPDATE*** The U.S. Department anticipates the release of solicitation# ED-ESE-14-R-0022 during the week of June 16, 2014, though it might be earlier or later. In the meantime, the Department is electing to share draft copies of certain documents that are anticipated to be included in the solicitation. These are draft versions of the documents, and they may undergo edits (minor or substantial) before they are released in the official solicitation# ED-ESE-14-R-0022. The Department's provision of these draft documents in no way binds the Department to any specific procurement strategy. In the event of the solicitation being released, it is incumbent upon offerors to review and respond to the documents contained in the solicitation, not the draft documents contained in this pre-solicitation posting. The anticipated deadline for clarification questions is 10:00am Eastern Time on June 24, 2014. The anticipated deadline for proposals is 11:00am Eastern Time on July 9, 2014.
