Micron Technology Assigned Patent for Forming Structures

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- Micron Technology, Boise, Idaho, has been assigned a patent (8,748,870) developed by two co-inventors for methods of "forming structures having nanotubes extending between opposing electrodes and structures including same." The co-inventors are Eugene P. Marsh, Boise, Idaho, and Gurtej S. Sandhu, Boise, Idaho.
