Release date- 10062014 - Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 2 August 2013, Ageas reports the purchase of 100,024 Ageas shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 02-06-2014 until 06-06-2014.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 12 August 2013, Ageas has bought back 5,212,339 shares for a total amount of EUR 161,890,503. This corresponds to 2.26% of the total shares outstanding.
