New York Private Trust Names Gregory Rosenblum Chief Compliance Officer

Positions the Company for Further Growth

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New York Private Trust Company announced today that Gregory Rosenblum has joined the firm as Chief Compliance Officer, with responsibility for managing all compliance, risk management and legal issues. Mr. Rosenblum has three decades of experience in the banking and financial services industries. In this new position, he will report to Chief Executive Officer Irvin A. Leonard.

Prior to joining New York Private Trust Company, a Delaware-chartered trust company, Mr. Rosenblum served as an Asset Management Regulator for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in the Denver Field Office. He is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and has extensive experience in fiduciary trust administration in both commercial banks and family office environments. Mr. Rosenblum has served in multiple capacities handling risk management, compliance, trust account administration, trust business development, wealth integration and fiduciary trust account remediation.

Mr. Rosenblum has a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California. He transitioned into Private Wealth Management in 2006 upon joining Mellon, Private Wealth Management in Denver, Colorado.

Active in his local community, Mr. Rosenblum has served on the board of the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable and as a member of the Denver Estate Planning Council and a parent volunteer with the Colorado Academy Annual Fund.
