Christian Meixenberger appointed to Board of Directors of Aduno Holding
At its annual general meeting held on 11 June 2014, Aduno Holding, the Swiss specialist for cashless payments, personal loans and leasing, elected Christian Meixenberger as a new member of its Board of Directors. He succeeds Markus Gygax, member of the Executive Board of the Banque Cantonal Vaudoise, who resigned.
Christian Meixenberger, 53, has been working for Banque Cantonale de Fribourg since January 1997. From 1997 to 2000 he served as Chief Information Officer, and since July 2000 he has been member of the Executive Board in charge of the Service Centre. Previously he worked for Credit Suisse in Geneva for three years, where he headed the Organisation, IT and HR Logistics departments. From 1987 to 1993 he worked at Centre Suisse d'Electronique et Microtechnique SA in NeuchÂtel as engineer and Deputy head of development for computer-aided design. Christian Meixenberger studied physics and electrical engineering at the University of NeuchÂtel and holds a master's degree in these subjects as well as a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Business High School in Lausanne. The new member of the Board of Directors of the Aduno Group comes from Moutier in the Canton of Berne. He is married and has seven children. He and his family live in Autigny in the Canton of Fribourg.
