Tryg A/S - weekly report on share buy backs

The last seven trading days, Tryg purchased own shares for an amount of DKK 16m as part of the share buy back programme of DKK 1,000m initiated on 2 January 2014. The programme will run until 30 December 2014. Since the share buy back programme was initiated, the total number of repurchased shares is 685,003 at a total amount of DKK 353.6m corresponding to 35.4% of the programme. With the transactions stated above, Tryg owns a total of 2,402,715shares, corresponding to 3.92% of the total number of shares of 61,316,103.
