June 11, 2014

Financial Industry Computer Systems (FICS) has been named to Mortgage Technology Magazine's Top 50 Service Provider list for the fifth consecutive year.

According to a release from the Company, Mortgage Technology recognized FICS for the significant enhancements made to its Mortgage Servicer platform, in an effort to capitalize on the numerous advantages of the Microsoft .NET Framework and Windows Presentation Foundation user interface. The continued evolution of FICS' suite of mortgage technology solutions directly serves the growing needs of a dynamic industry, and enables users to maintain a competitive edge among similar service providers.

"The customer service and regulatory compliance demands placed on mortgage lenders and servicers are greater than they've ever been before, and the industry relies on its technology vendors to help meet these expectations," said Austin Kilgore, editor of Mortgage Technology Magazine and managing editor of its sister publication, National Mortgage News. "The companies named to the 2014 Top 50 Service Providers list have proven themselves worthy of this complex and ongoing challenge."

According to the publication, Top 50 Service Provider nominees are evaluated on four key criteria that are considered essential to leadership within the mortgage industry: continued advancement of technology/services; viable revenue model and value proposition to users; exceptional customer service; and a unique impact on the industry as a whole.

Financial Industry Computer Systems is a provider of loan origination software (LOS).
