It will include the following components: Development of a new small and medium enterprise business strategy and workplan; Mapping of operations; Revision, optimization and formalization of small and medium enterprise banking credit policies and procedures; Evaluation and refinement of small and medium enterprise banking products; Development of a Small and Medium Enterprise Sales Model; and Delivery of training/coaching. Expected Development Impact The project objective is to support the development of the small and medium enterprise banking business of Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited (Sagicor Bank) to increase access to finance among under- and un- served small and medium enterprises. The project is expected to help Sagicor Bank grow its outstanding portfolio and increase disbursement of small and medium enterprise loans.
