Release date- 06052014 - On 23 April 2014 the Annual Shareholders Meeting of JSC 'UkrSibbank' approved financial statements, the annual consolidated financial report, and the distribution of profits for 2013.
The Annual Shareholders Meeting also appointed new members to the bank's Supervisory Council and the Audit Commission. BNP Paribas, the shareholder of UkrSibbank, replaced Jean Delan with Jean-Marc Buresi, who is currently Head of Personal Finance at BNP Paribas and has held managerial positions in the Group for the last five years.
Also, Tatiana Eshanu, Chairman of the Audit Commission, has been replaced by Maxim Goubin.
