Ahli Bank has raised its range of customer service alternatives with the addition of Ooredoo as its newest banking partner.
Ooredoo and Ahli Bank declared a new partnership agreement, which will facilitate Ahli Bank customers to pay prepaid and postpaid services in real-time via Ahli Bank s online banking service.
Ooredoo assistant director (Indirect Channels) Brian Speldewinde said: Ooredoo continues to expand our network of partners to make it as easy as possible for people to update their accounts and pay for services. We re delighted to be working with Ahli Bank, because we share a strong focus on the customer experience and aim to make online services easily accessible for customers.
The alliance at present permits Ooredoo customers to pay bills and top-up their Hala accounts using the online banking service, which automatically registers all requests on the client s account.
Speldewinde said, Our latest online banking service is available internationally, anytime of the day, and at no extra cost. With the addition of Ooredoo payment facilities, the service now provides even greater convenience and accessibility for customers .
