Request for Information (RFI) Facility and Asset Management Enterprise (FAME) Production Support and Functional Implementation

Objective of RFI The Library of Congress (LOC) is conducting market research. This RFI is being used to provide information to the market place and is an invitation for Respondents to provide feedback on the draft solicitation. Information submitted in response to this RFI may be used as a basis for a future solicitation and/or as a basis for more in-depth research of an organization's capability.

Note: LOC anticipates that an ensuing Request for Proposal would include a version of the attached draft solicitation. The attached draft solicitation is provided for informational purposes only, and respondents are encouraged to provide suggestions to LOCs intended process and provide feedback on the draft solicitation.

The Library of Congress Office of Support Operations (OSO), Integrated Support Services (ISS) anticipates the award of a Base Year plus 1-Option Year Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on or before August 2014.

The Objectives of this requirement are: * Enhance and streamline the delivery of support services for Library users through enhancement of the Tririga application in the Facility and Asset Management Enterprise production environment. * Assess and report current state, challenges, opportunities and possible future direction of the Facility and Asset Management Enterprise production environment relative to the Office of Support Operations vision for a comprehensive Integrated Workplace Management System. * Gather and validate customer requirements for enhanced functionality. * Provide technical design, configuration analysis, and implement approved enhancements to the Facility and Asset Management Enterprise production environment.

Comments on Draft Solicitation (See Attached): LOC is seeking comments and/or recommendations about the entirety, a portion of, or individual points related to the Attached Draft Solicitation. Specific comments in the response should cite the relevant section number, item number and/or page number and paragraph number. Comments and/or recommendations are due no later than COB, June 9, 2014. Comments and/or recommendations should be submitted in FBO.

Additionally, respondents shall submit in conjunction with their comments/recommendations the following information:

1. Identify if you are on an applicable GSA Schedule or other Government Wide Contract, and if so, provide Schedule and contract number. 2. Provide the following Business information: * DUNS Number * Company Name * Company Address * Company Point of contact, phone number and email address * Corporate structure (corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership, professional corporation, etc.); * Point of contact, phone number and email address of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities identified in the responses.

Note: LOC will not pay for the provision of any information nor will it compensate any respondents for providing this information. This notice is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. LOC will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this announcement. All submissions become the U.S. Government property and will not be returned. Do not provide proprietary information.
