Kinetic theTechnologyAgency, a global leader in translation process management software, announced today the hiring of 17 new team members this month.
The majority of new employees will be a part of the internationalization team, which is tasked with preparing documents for translation by ensuring each will align aesthetically, regardless of language.
"Without proper internationalization, documents can come back from the translators looking a bit odd. Proper spacing, formatting, and conversion are essential to keeping the documents consistent in both the source and target language," said
Documents that are ten pages in English can sometimes turn into 14 pages when translated to German, and when documents are constructed by a corporate client to be visually refined, this creates distinctive complications for each document in each language.
"We're trying to make our clients' lives easier and shorten their time-to-market. By adding more computer-savvy and detail oriented team members, we are better suited to serve their needs," said
Kinetic manages thousands of translation projects each year, allowing clients to simply submit a document, choose the best translator for the specific project, and receive the translated document. In-depth analytics of each project can be found in Kinetic's proprietary software, which clients use to troubleshoot delays and complications. By adding transparency to every step of the translation outsourcing process, clients get an inside look at what is typically very vague.
