In Brief : Phone firms told to unlock sets for free

A WATCHDOG today called on mobile phone companies to unlock handsets for free after finding that charging customers for the service could deter them from switching firms.A Which? campaign wants to help consumers "unlock better mobile deals" after a survey showed only four in ten trust their provider to put them on the best deal at contract's end.
