May 29--Need a little inspiration for your landscaping efforts?

Seven gardens in the area could help you find your botanical bliss during the Chattanooga Area Food Bank's 27th annual Garden Tour.

Set for Saturday and Sunday, May 31-June 1, the properties encompass four private gardens, two demonstration gardens and Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center.

Cost for the tour is $20, with proceeds going to the Food Bank's Garden Program.

To ensure ample time for viewing, tour organizers suggest taking both days to visit the gardens. Tour hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, 1-6 p.m. Sunday. However, the Nature Center is booked for a wedding Saturday evening, so it will stop taking tour tickets at 3 p.m. and will close to the public at 4:30 p.m. It will be open for the full tour hours Sunday. Tours will be held rain or shine.

Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Chattanooga Area Food Bank, 2009 Curtain Pole Road, through Friday, May 30, with cash, check or credit card. Tickets will be available over the weekend at any stop along the tour with cash or check only.
