Chase earned the highest score in an evaluation of the five largest
retail U.S. banks in Forrester Research’s report released today. Chase
scored 69 out of 100 and tied with another bank for the top spot overall
– earning #1 for the third straight year.
In its 2014 U.S. Mobile Banking Functionality Benchmark, Forrester cited
Forrester Research, a global research and advisory firm, used its
proprietary 2014 Mobile Banking Functionality Benchmark methodology to
evaluate and rank the mobile banking efforts of the five largest U.S.
retail banks. Its three steps are: defining a user scenario, scoring the
banks' mobile banking services across more than 35 categories and
criteria, and ranking the banks.
