This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Competitive quotes are being requested under N0001514RC11124. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses, NAICS code is 334118 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The proposed contract action is for a brand name Xerox Equipment only. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification or documentation is attached. The brand name and model number of the product(s) are as follows:

This is not an all or none solicitation, multiple awards may be made if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order and it will be based on the lowest technically acceptable quote.
