BRIEF: Investigators name prime suspect in shooting outside downtown Stockton movie theater

May 26--STOCKTON -- Investigators on Sunday released the name of the "primary suspect" in a fatal shooting that occurred outside the downtown movie theater last month.

The Stockton Police Department identified the suspect as Michael Moreno, 24. Police describe Moreno as an associate with known gang members and that he should be considered armed and dangerous. He's described as 6 feet 3 inches tall, 240 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and that he usually wears glasses.

Moreno is suspected in the killing of 30-year-old Francisco Erubey Sanchez, who was shot on April 25 outside the movie theater around 10 p.m.

Police say that anybody who sees Moreno should call 911 and give details of the suspect's clothing and location.
