The Home Depot (HD), the world's largest home improvement retailer, announced that its board of directors declared a first quarter cash dividend of 47 cents per share. The dividend is payable on June 19, 2014, to shareholders of record on the close of business on June 5, 2014. This is the 109th consecutive quarter the Company has paid a cash dividend.

Halliburton (HAL) declared a 2014 second quarter dividend of fifteen cents a share on the company's common stock payable June 25, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 4, 2014.

CBS Corporation (CBS) has approved a quarterly dividend on the Company's stock of $.12 per share. The dividend is payable on July 1, 2014, to shareholders of record on June 10, 2014.

NextEra Energy (NEE) declared a regular quarterly common stock dividend of 72.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable June 16, 2014, to shareholders of record on June 2, 2014.

Williams (WMB) has approved a regular dividend of $0.4250 on the company's common stock, payable June 30 to holders of record at the close of business June 13.

Bunge (BG) has approved an increase in the company's regular quarterly cash dividend, from $0.30 to $0.34 per common share. The new dividend is payable on September 2, 2014, to shareholders of record on August 19, 2014.

Joy Global (JOY) has declared an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.175 to $0.20 per share. This represents an increase of approximately 14% over the previous quarter's dividend. The dividend will be paid on June 18, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 4, 2014.

Questar (STR) approved a 6% increase in the quarterly common stock dividend to 19 cents. The dividend, payable June 23, 2014, to shareholders of record on June 6, 2014, is a 1 cent increase from the previous quarter and results in a new annualized dividend rate of 76 cents per share. This is the company's 278th consecutive dividend. Questar has increased the dividend 42 times in the last 42 years.
