These services will support the Defense Health Agency's initiative to identify and validate other health insurance policies provided to non-duty services member beneficiiaries to ensure TRICARE is a secondary payer to any applicable third party insurance and to assist the Services with maximizing their Third Party Collection Program revenues. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Small Business set aside associated with NAICS 541611 standard size of $14,000,000 annual receipts. Contract line items numbers, items, quantities, and units of measure are provided in the attached document, HT0011-14-R-0021. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. The Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. Additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices are provided in the attached document HT0011-14-R-0021.
