TORONTO, May 22, 2014 /CNW/ - Home Capital Group Inc. (TSX: HCG) announced today the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held Wednesday, May 14, 2014 in Toronto, Ontario.


The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy was 47,598,842 representing 68.39% of Home Capital's issued and outstanding Common Shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including election of each of the director nominees as follows:
