The two-story, 66,000-square-foot cement and glass building at
Crews recently demolished an old warehouse at the site that once housed a truck driving school and a concrete cutting business.
Today, the fenced property was abuzz with work crews and earth-moving equipment. The block is surrounded by mostly industrial buildings, including the nearby Ponyride work space project.
Half of the new building will be occupied by Quicken's technology staff, and is to feature a large air-conditioned room for the company's computer servers. The other half of the building is being offered for lease.
