Yen Steady Ahead Of Japan's Consumer Confidence Index

BRUSSELS (Alliance News) - Japan's consumer confidence index for April is set to be released at 1:00 am ET Thursday. The index is seen to decrease to 36.7, from 37.5 in March.

Ahead of the data, the Yen held steady against its major rivals.

As of 12:55 am ET, the Yen was trading at 139.70 against the Euro, 170.82 against the Pound, 114.50 against the Swiss franc and 101.84 against the U.S dollar.
