Micron Technology Assigned Patent for NAND Flash Memory Programming

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 13 -- Micron Technology, Boise, Idaho, has been assigned a patent (8,717,819) developed by three co-inventors for a "NAND flash memory programming." The co-inventors are Seiichi Aritome, Boise, Idaho, Di Li, Boise, Idaho, and Haitao Liu, Meridian, Idaho.
