Medtronic Assigned Patent for Co-fired Electrical Feedthroughs for Implantable Medical Devices

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 14 -- Medtronic, Minneapolis, has been assigned a patent (8,725,263) developed by Joyce K. Yamamoto, Maple Grove, Minnesota, and Gregory John Haubrich, Champlin, Minnesota, for a "co-fired electrical feedthroughs for implantable medical devices having a shielded RF conductive path and impedance matching." The patent application was filed on July 31, 2009 (12/533,994).
