Daily Dividend Report: LUV, IP, BRCM, ALK, PGH

This morning, Southwest Airlines (LUV) declared its quarterly dividend of 6 cents per share, an increase of 50% over its prior dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 1% going forward. Shares of Southwest Airlines were lower on Wednesday, falling 0.2% so far.

In other dividend news, International Paper (IP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share. Broadcom (BRCM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share. Alaska Air Group (ALK) maintained its quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. And Pengrowth Energy (PGH) maintained its monthly dividend of 4 cents per share.
