This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisitioin regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO ( The RFQ number is N00124-14-T-0351. This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-73" -" Effective April 29, 2014 and DFARS Change DPN 20140506. Government intends to award a Sole Source Purchase order to the small Business Mccall Szerdy & Associates, Inc., DBA as they are the Publisher and sole provider of the software. The NAICS code is 511210 and the Small Business Standard is $25 Million. The Government will award a Small business sole Source firm fixed Priced Purchase order. The Naval War College (NWC), Newport, RI has a requirement to acquire FacilitatePro server license.
