Lund, 2014-05-13 11:00 CEST(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At Doro AB’s (publ) annual general meeting on May 12th2014, the following was resolved: • to adopt the income statement and the balance sheet, and the consolidated income statement and the consolidated balance sheet • to pay dividend of SEK 1.50per share for the financial year 2013 • to grant discharge from liability for the members of the board of directors and the Managing Director • that the board of directors shall consists of six (6) members • that remuneration to the board, until the time of the end of the next annual general meeting, will be SEK 350000 for the chairman and SEK 150000 for other members not employed by the company • to re-elect Bo Kastensson, JÉrÔme Arnaud, Jonas MÅrtensson, Karin Moberg, Fredrik Hedlundand Charlotta Falvin to members of the board until the time of the end of the next annual general meeting.
