ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 13 -- Diebold, North Canton, Ohio, has been assigned a patent (8,714,446) developed by four co-inventors for an "automated banking machine with improved security." The co-inventors are H. Thomas Graef, Bolivar, Ohio, Paulo De Jesus Andrade Monteiro, Sao Paulo, Brazil, Eidi Nakagawa, Osasco, Brazil, and Elcio Fukushima, Osasco, Brazil.
