Sandy Spring Bancorp Declares Dividend of $0.18 Per Share

OLNEY, Md., May 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq:SASR), the parent company of Sandy Spring Bank, announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.18 per share payable on May 21, 2014 to shareholders of record on May 14, 2014. This dividend is equal to the dividend paid in the first quarter of 2014 and $0.02 more than the dividend paid in the second quarter of 2013.
