Coscia Moos Architecture Commissioned to Design Renovations for Academy House

Philadelphia, April 28, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Philadelphia, PA -Monday, April 28, 2014The Academy House, a 37-story condominium constructed in the late 1970s will undergo extensive renovations.   This building was the first in Philadelphia designed as a condominium.  Located at 1425 Locust Street, Coscia Moos Architecture has been hired to design the renovations to this notable project.

The design will include renovations to the arcade and lobby areas, new signage, landscaped elements, new exterior lighting, a building envelope study including changes to the existing masonry, window and door systems as well as relocation of the existing commercial and residential entrances.
