April 26, 2014

Crafter Software has declared it has closed on a new three-year software support services deal with a major financial institution situated in southern Europe.

The European bank has faced with several problems with their legacy Web content management system (CMS). As a result, they sought to buy a new Web CMS solution that would allow them for raising their brand image to clients, and to use an effective combination of personalized experiences, engaging video and social media to construct deeper customer loyalty.

As per Russ Danner, VP of Products at Crafter Software, The bank chose Crafter s Web CMS solution because it was able to solve all their Web content management problems with its innovative approach to delivering high performance, personalized experiences, said Russ Danner, VP of Products at Crafter Software. Crafter CMS will allow them to create interactive experiences, target personalized information to clients, and fully leverage new content such as illustrative video and social media.

Sourcesense (http://www.sourcesense.com), a Crafter Software Certified Partner located in Europe, assisted in closing the deal with the bank. Sourcesense will also provide consulting services to the bank for the content management system project implementation.

Piergiorgio Lucidi, Open Source ECM Specialist at Sourcesense added, We are excited to close this major new European deal with Crafter, and to integrate this enterprise Web content management solution with several of our customer s IT systems. We have vast experience building Web content management solutions and have worked with a wide variety of CMS platforms, and with Crafter CMS we are now working with a smart, modern platform that will bring results with a robust consistency not only in content authoring but also in high performance content delivery.
